Every month, La-Z-Boy holds a local Ottawa contest that allows people the chance to win $1,000 on our comfortable and stylish furniture! This gift card not only lets you get $1,000 off our living room furniture but also our dining room and home decor items in Ottawa.
Seems pretty cool, right? But what are the details of this contest, and how can you enter to get your chance in the reclining spotlight?
Now, you may already know that La-Z-Boy is an American established company first and foremost, but how much do you know about La-Z-Boy Ottawa’s branch of operations?
Since 2011, La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston have been owned and operated by the Maxwell Corporation.
La-Z-Boy Ottawa prides itself on its furniture quality, style, and comfortability, which is why one of our popular phrases is "style meets comfort." While our primary specialty is living room furniture, we also sell furniture for other rooms of the home, including the dining room, and bedroom.
Not only have we displayed and promoted our vast catalogue of furniture for great causes every year like the Minto Dream Home, but we have also helped others out, like furnishing the CHEO NICU Lounge.
Now that you know who La-Z-Boy is, let’s get to the real reason why you’re here: the contest details!
To enter our monthly La-Z-Boy contest, Ottawa residents have to complete and submit the online entry form (must be 18 years or older to enter). The most important thing is adding a valid email address since this will be the primary way of reaching out to the winner!
There is also one entry submission per promotional period for the Ottawa contest. If you decide you want a La-Z-Boy Recliner and dining room furniture from our Canadel Ottawa showroom, the $1,000 can only be awarded once. So, you’ll have to use your free money wisely.

So, how do we go about choosing the lucky winner? Each winner is chosen by random draw from the pool of eligible participants. You do not have to do anything further than entering your valid email address and being 18 years or older.
As a winner, you will receive an email notification, so please make sure to check your emails! If we don't receive a response within seventy-two hours of the notification email, an alternate winner may be selected.
If your name is drawn, you will receive, of course, a $1,000 gift card that may be used at any of our La-Z-Boy local furniture stores in Ottawa, and in Kingston as well.
If you are not the winner, no need to worry, because another $1,000 will be awarded again the following month. This is the joy of why we call it a monthly contest!
This La-Z-Boy gift card is not a physical gift card but is considered an online coupon. It does have an expiration date so make sure to use it within 6 months of the original date you received your winning email.
