Firstly, let’s start with some unique features. Taking a look at this reclining sectional, you’ll notice a few things.
The Armitage is a striking modern sectional that features sleek lines, smooth foam backs and a headrest lift for additional comfort.
Racha mentions that this reclining sectional comes only in power and is the first of three products to be introduced on our floor as the latest in our Zero Gravity Collection. She says, “The difference between these recliners and our regular ones is that you can fully recline in a horizontal position, which is great if you’re someone who likes to relax like you’re in bed.”
The zero-gravity function has a control panel on the inside of the frame, instead of the outside, and can still charge your devices, including the newest iPhone chargers. And, it has a headrest feature that allows you to move the top of the recliner head so you can cradle your neck in comfort.
Racha also mentions that this sectional features a unique headrest lift that can be lowered for a more modern edge. “This low-slung design is perfect for those looking to open up their spaces more,” she says.
As for who might be comfortable sitting in them, the Armitage can comfortably seat those between the heights of 5’4” and 5’9”.
While your height can be a considerable factor, it is important to note that height guidelines are NOT set in stone. The way you sit in a furniture item can drastically affect how someone might find a seat comfortable.

The Armitage sectional is covered by La-Z-Boy’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the frame, spring systems, and mechanism, given that they are quality-crafted and built for long-lasting comfort.

While still quality-crafted, other aspects of the product, such as fabrics, leather, and cushions, are not meant to last a lifetime. However, these parts are still covered by the La-Z-Boy Manufacturer’s Warranty for a given period of time.

First things first, the Armitage is an understated style that works well in a lot of modern rooms. However, the fact that it is a power furniture product might deter people from purchasing it.
Even though this is a more expensive furniture product, Racha says that the Armitage is a comfortable recliner and is great for someone who is looking for something new and unique in their home.

Although this is true, some people with a smaller space might have a harder time placing this product because it needs a lot of space so that it can recline horizontally. If you’re furnishing a smaller room in an open concept space, this furniture product might be the right one for you.
And, if you’re someone taller or shorter than 5’4” to 5’9”, you might not sit comfortably in this recliner.
