One of the main distinctions between the manual and power swivel bases is that the power swivel feature has a limited range of motion, allowing for swivelling up to 365 degrees instead of a full 365 degrees.
The reason that the power swivels do not turn all the way around is that there might be a risk of the power cord getting stuck around the base. There is the option to add a cordless battery pack, but that does not eliminate the possibility of getting tangled.

La-Z-Boy offers a wide range of sizes and dimensions for power recliner swivel chairs, thanks to its diverse selection of rocker recliners.

Warranty
Each swivel furniture product is covered by La-Z-Boy’s Limited Lifetime Warranty, including power recliner swivel chairs. This warranty covers the base of any metal or wood swivel for a lifetime.
The warranty also covers the repair or replacement of the frame, spring systems, and mechanism, given that they are quality-crafted and built for long-lasting comfort.
While still quality-crafted, other aspects of the product, such as fabrics, leather, cushion, and mattress, are not meant to last a lifetime. However, these parts are still covered by the La-Z-Boy Manufacturer’s Warranty for a given time.
